Taking care of your winter boots

Choose the boot care kit with products formulated to extend the lifespan of your Blundstone Chelsea boots. 

Each kit contains renovating cream and leather conditioner designed to maintain the color and finish of your boots, a buffing cloth for cream application, waterproofing spray to protect your boots from water and stains, including salt stains, and a pre-saturated polishing pad to rejuvenate the leather of your boots.

Renovating Cream - Our Renovating Cream can be used on all Blundstone full grain leather boots. It’s customized to clean leathers in Rustic Brown, Rustic Black and Antique Brown, and because the cream is non-pigmented, you can use it on any Blundstone leather boot. 

Waterproofing Spray - Formulated to protect all types of footwear from water and stains, our fast-drying waterproofing spray enhances the performance and breathability of your leather Blundstone footwear. Use it on all leathers, including nubuck and suede.

Tips for cleaning your suede boots

After a walk in the snow or rain, use paper towels to draw out as much moisture as possible from your suede boots, then let them dry naturally, away from direct sunlight, a blow dryer, or any other heat source  to prevent the leather hardening or cracking. 

To treat stains of all kinds, dip the corner of a cloth into a bowl of white vinegar or rubbing alcohol and massage it into the suede. Take care not to soak your pair of boots with that damp cloth, then let them dry. 

Next, use a suede brush in the same direction as the cut of the suede. Then, with a grippy suede eraser brush out any remaining stubborn debris. Wipe the surface of the suede with a clean soft cloth, then apply spray suede protector.
