CARE DETAILS
- First, remove any caked dirt on your boots with a soft bristled brush or
damp cloth, and leave your boots to air dry. Please ensure that your boots
are away from direct sunlight or any heaters, as they will dry out the
leather.
- Apply leather polish, spray or cream to the leather to help maintain your
boots. If you are using a polish for the first time, try it on an inconspicuous
area of the boot to check whether it alters the colour or appearance.
- If using a polish, apply a small amount of leather cleaner to a polishing
cloth or brush and rub onto the shoe in circular motions.
I’ve had these for almost two months and just wish they were more comfortables, but I can’t seem to break them in. Maybe because these are the waterproof version, they are more stiff than normal blunstones, but if I wear them for more than I short walk they rub my heals and hurt my ankles along the top because they are so stiff. I read online someone said to put soup cans in them to make them stretch out, so maybe I will try that. They are very well made and are truly waterproof thought so that is a plus… just wish they were more comfy
How have I walked through life for so many years without knowing about Blundstones?!? Since I made the purchase, I have not looked back. These boots have kept my feet warm during our winter in WI and they have become my new go-to shoes! Next, I hope to purchase a brown pair. I did notice they are wide for my narrow feet. Do they come in narrow? Thank you, Blundstone!
Chicago winter is coming soon and I'm so glad I got these when I did. They are very warm and easy to walk in. They feel very secure and stylish without feeling or looking utilitarian. It took a couple of weeks for me to get used to taking my feet in and out of the boots but now I've worn them in comfortably.
